Travel Notes

After 7 months I booked another night at the House of Light. Details of my first visit can be found here.

When visiting the exhibition the house is not the only attraction - the surrounding environment is as much as a draw than the house itself. It is recommended to experience the house in different seasons. My first visit was during the cold of winter and it was snowing. I especially liked the lit up Japanese style bath (which of course I did not photograph). Now it is summer and we are constantly swiping foreheads with tenugui’s to wipe the sweat. 

A week before the trip I was handed an old camera from a coworker. “I don’t use it anymore. If you will use it, please take it”. It was a Contax T3.
